Linesh Giri

Linesh Giri is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR operations and systems. Currently serving as a Human Resources System Analyst at PATH since August 2020, Linesh plays a pivotal role in a global HR team, collaborating across various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Global Learning, and Total Rewards. Prior to this, Linesh held positions at SunSource Energy as Assistant Manager Human Resources, focusing on payroll management and HR technology, and at Piramal Foundation as Program Leader, overseeing HR strategy and operations for over 800 employees. Additional experience includes roles at Pyramid Consulting, Compunnel Inc., NTPC Limited, and MVA, with a strong foundation in HR analytics, client relationship management, and team leadership. Linesh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management and a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Gautam Buddha University.
