Nancy Salts serves as the Director of Project and Portfolio Management at PATH, overseeing project success, deliverable tracking, and risk management within the Policy, Access, and Introduction sector of the Essential Medicine Division. With a robust background in leadership roles across various organizations, Nancy has contributed significantly to health sciences and clinical research management. Previous positions include Director of Health Sciences Academic Services & Facilities at the University of Washington, Director of the Project Management Office at Cancer Research And Biostatistics, and Director of Research Operations at Amgen, among others. Nancy holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Physiology from the University of Minnesota.
