Ruth Wanjala is a seasoned communications professional with a strong background in health communications. Currently serving as the Vaccine and Immunisation Lead at PATH Kenya since 2016, Ruth previously held the role of Senior Communications Officer for the RTS,S Malaria Vaccine Project. Ruth's experience also includes positions as a Communications Officer at the Centre for Health Solutions - Kenya from December 2013 to December 2015 and at KEMRI - Wellcome Trust from January 2009 to December 2013. Earlier in Ruth's career, a role as a Communications Assistant at the African Technology Policy Studies Network was undertaken from January 2007 to 2009. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Daystar University, obtained in 2004, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Communications from the same institution.
