Silas Max is an experienced project manager with a strong background in implementing and overseeing complex projects in various sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager for the Vodafone Project at Camara Education Tanzania since February 2017, Silas ensures project milestones are met while maintaining quality standards and managing stakeholder communications. In addition, Silas has been the Implementation Project Manager for the Better Immunization Data Initiative at PATH since January 2015. Previously, as a Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager at Precision Air from January 2010 to December 2014, Silas coordinated the design and implementation of IT policies, managed resources for special projects, and directed the development of proprietary systems to enhance operational effectiveness. Silas holds a degree from the University of Dar es Salaam, earned between 2005 and 2008.
