Tham Tran currently serves as Deputy Director for the USAID/PATH STEPS Project at PATH, a position held since April 2014, where responsibilities include leading project implementation and overseeing strategic communication and capacity building efforts. Previously, Tham held roles such as Senior Manager and Manager of Marketing & Communications at PATH's Healthy Markets Project, focusing on behavior change communication strategies and successful health campaigns. Prior to PATH, Tham worked at Abt Global as Manager of Behavior Change Communication for the USAID/Avian Influenza Project and as Program Officer, developing and implementing communication strategies. Tham also has early professional experience with CIRAD, conducting agricultural research in France and supporting projects related to consumer trust, as well as providing translation services at GRET. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Economics/Marketing from the University of Montpellier, complemented by an intern experience in France awarded by the French Embassy.
