William Hausdorff is an experienced public health professional with a strong background in vaccine development and scientific affairs. Currently serving as the Lead for Vaccines Public Health Value Proposition and Meningococcal Vaccine Development at PATH since August 2018, William has previously held significant roles at GSK Vaccines as VP of Scientific Affairs & Public Health and at Wyeth Vaccines as Director of Scientific Affairs & Research Strategy. From 1991 to 1995, William contributed as a Technical Advisor in AIDS and Child Survival at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the US Agency for International Development, focusing on the introduction of new vaccines in developing countries. William holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biology from The Johns Hopkins University and completed post-doctoral studies in Molecular Pharmacology at Duke University School of Medicine.
