Mark Flatt

Mark Flatt has worked in various roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Weld Department Assembly Line Worker at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. (Adecco Hire). In 2017, they worked as a Welding Engineer Intern at A. O. Smith Corporation, where their primary tasks consisted of weld failure analysis and weld schedule development for resistance spot welders. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. in roles such as Weldability Group Weld Engineer and Engineering Development Program - Welding Engineering. Currently, they are an Application Engineer at Path Robotics.

Mark Flatt attended The Ohio State University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering.
