Norma Cruz has extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as an Aseptic Supervisor and Product Development Manager at Path-Tec since February 2020. Prior to this, Norma held the position of Arial Instructor at Treadstone. Norma also worked as UXO Tech 1 at Matrix Design Group, Inc. from June 2016 to May 2017, and served in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman from February 2012 to June 2015, as well as in the US Army as a Parachute Rigger from January 2008 to December 2011. Norma's educational background includes an Associate of Science in Surgical Technology from Virginia College, an Associate of Science in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Eastern New Mexico University, and an Associate's degree in UXO from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
