Ashley Allen

Ashley Allen is an experienced professional specializing in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Leave of Absence Specialist at PATH since January 2024, Ashley provides expertise in the leave of absence process under the guidance of HR leadership. Previously, Ashley worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Virtyou Therapy and as a Human Resources Specialist at Behavior Frontiers, where responsibilities included supporting HR functions, maintaining employee information, and assisting with payroll. Earlier experiences include roles as an Eligibility Worker for the State of Arizona, a Staffing Coordinator at Delta-T Group, and various positions in educational support, culminating as an Office Manager at SEA Charter School. Ashley is currently pursuing an education at Grand Canyon University, anticipated to be completed in 2024.
