Foster Cheng

Foster Cheng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational programming and training. Currently serving as a Training Coordinator at PATH since March 2023, Foster previously held various leadership roles at City Year Los Angeles from July 2017 to June 2022, including Senior Program Manager and Program Manager, where responsibilities included acting as Social Emotional Learning Coordinator and mentoring student leadership through the Gay Straight Alliance. Additional roles at the College of Wooster involved overseeing tour guide operations and conducting performance reviews, alongside community engagement experiences as a Programming Intern at The LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland. Foster holds two Bachelor’s Degrees from the College of Wooster in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Studio Art.
