Gen E. is the Director of Veteran Programs at PATH, where they focus on addressing homelessness through practical solutions and advocating for the rights of unhoused individuals. Previously, Gen served as the Veteran Systems Coordinator at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority and as the Associate Director of Veteran Services at PATH. Their earlier experience includes roles as Program Coordinator with U.S.VETS and as a Mental Health/Substance Abuse Case Manager at Prototypes. Gen holds a graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and is currently the Chair of the Planning Commission for the City of Baldwin Park.
