Rachel D.

Rachel D. is a Human Resources Specialist and Program Associate at People Assisting The Homeless (PATH) since February 2018, providing HR, administrative, and programmatic support in a homeless service agency, with experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and onboarding. Previously, Rachel served as Executive Assistant and Admin Lead at KeHE Monterrey Provisions from July 2012 to January 2018, offering administrative support to the CEO and managing multiple priorities effectively. Additionally, Rachel was an Executive Committee Member for the San Diego Cheese and Beer Festival from 2013 to 2015, contributing to the creation, management, and execution of the event focused on pairing artisanal cheeses with craft beers. Rachel is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at Grossmont College, expected to complete in September 2025, and holds a high school diploma from Santana High School, earned in 2007.
