Theresa Taylor

Theresa Taylor is a dedicated clinician currently providing clinical support at People Assisting The Homeless (PATH) since April 2022, focusing on intensive case management, individual therapy, and community integration to enhance housing stability and quality of life for residents. Prior experience includes roles as a registered clinician at PATH through Medix™, a grant case manager at Acadia Healthcare, and a counselor at Helio Health, where Theresa developed collaborative treatment plans and conducted assessments. Additional experience encompasses behavioral health crisis intervention at Glens Falls Hospital, individual psychotherapy for veterans at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, and volunteer leadership at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Theresa holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from The College of Saint Rose, complemented by an A.A.S. in Chemical Dependency Counseling.
