Yesica Leiva is a highly experienced Finance and Accounting professional currently serving as the Finance Grant Management Director at People Assisting The Homeless (PATH). With a strong background in the non-profit sector, Yesica specializes in budgeting, reporting, and grant compliance, among other financial responsibilities. Previously, Yesica worked with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority in various roles, including Subrecipient Accountant and Fiscal Compliance Monitor, where they managed grant programs and ensured compliance with regulations. Before joining PATH, Yesica led Fiscal Grant Management as a consultant with Pery Consulting Group, where they provided operational support and strategic oversight for multiple clients.
