Don Nguyen

Don Nguyen is a software engineer who currently works at PathAI. Don has also worked as a site reliability engineer co-op at PathAI and as a software engineer co-op at Pivotal Software, Inc. In addition, they have served as a ITS phone support associate at Northeastern University.

Don Nguyen began their career in 2017 as a ITS phone support associate at Northeastern University. In this role, they answered calls at the school's Help Desk and assisted students, parents, and faculty with technical issues. Don then became a software engineer co-op at Pivotal Software, Inc. in 2019. In this role, they developed and maintained buildpacks for the Cloud Foundry platform. Don also created tooling and documentation to aid in the migration from an old to a new buildpack spec. Finally, they became a site reliability engineer co-op at PathAI in 2020. In this role, they worked on various engineering projects to help improve site reliability and performance.

Don Nguyen received a BS in Computer Science from Northeastern University. Don also has a certification from Northeastern University in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Don Nguyen works with Mohammad Mirzadeh - Senior Software Engineer, Kori Plus - Software Engineering Co-op, and John Burkhardt - Principal Software Engineer. Don Nguyen reports to Don O'Neill, VP, Engineering.
