Gazal Alsaati

Gazal Alsaati is a board-certified Pathologist with extensive experience in gastrointestinal and surgical pathology. Currently serving as a Pathologist at PathAI and a Gastrointestinal Pathologist at Covenant Surgical Partners since 2017, Gazal previously held the position of Laboratory Medical Director at Amazon, where a high complexity CLIA-certified COVID-19 testing facility was established. Gazal completed a Surgical Pathology Fellowship at The George Washington University Hospital and a Cytopathology Fellowship at Georgetown University, where significant contributions included implementing an “Interesting case conference” as Chief Resident. Educational credentials include a Gastrointestinal & Breast Fellowship and an M.D. from King Saud University. Early career roles included research and intern positions across several prestigious institutions.
