Jake Conway

Jake Conway has extensive experience in the field of biomedical data science, currently serving as Manager at PathAI since July 2021, where prior roles included Senior and Biomedical Data Scientist. From September 2016 to November 2021, Jake was a PhD Candidate at Harvard University in the Van Allen Lab, focusing on oncogenic processes in cancer, genomic correlates of immunotherapy response, tumor evolution, and deep learning models for tumor trajectory prediction. Previous research roles include Computational Biologist and Undergraduate Researcher at Harvard Medical School and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, respectively. Jake holds a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics and Integrative Genomics from Harvard Medical School and a Bachelor's Degree in Bioinformatics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
