Jim Allay possesses extensive experience in laboratory operations and management, currently serving in a laboratory role at PathAI since October 2021 and as Vice President of Operations at Poplar Healthcare since August 2019. Previously, Allay held positions such as Vice President of Clinical Laboratory at CQuentia and Chief Compliance Officer at Poplar Healthcare. With a solid foundation in GMP operations as the Director at Children's GMP, LLC, Allay has managed laboratory technicians, overseen quality assurance processes, and led multiple GMP manufacturing and process development projects, including vaccine and gene therapy development. Allay's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Hematology/Gene Therapy and a B.S. in Biology from Case Western Reserve University.
