Megan Pitts

Megan Pitts is the People Operations and Culture Manager at PathAI. Megan has over ten years of experience in events management, human resources, and alumni relations.

Pitts began their career as an administrative assistant with the Boston Latin School Association. Megan quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the assistant director of alumni relations and then the events manager. In 2014, they left the Association to pursue a career in video production.

Pitts returned to the world of education in 2016 when they took a position as the associate director of alumni relations at Emerson College. Megan remained in that role until 2017, when they left to join PathAI as an HR coordinator. In their current role, Megan is responsible for PathAI's culture and employee experience.

They work with Brett McCann - Senior Technical Recruiter, Emily Ullmann - Manager, People Development, and Michelle Alvarez - Recruiting Manager. Megan Pitts reports to Liz Storti, Chief People Officer.
