Shima Nofallah

Shima Nofallah is a Senior Biomedical Data Scientist at PathAI since August 2022, previously holding the role of Biomedical Data Scientist within the same company. Shima's experience includes work as a Research Assistant at the University of Washington from September 2016 to June 2022, focusing on improving melanoma diagnosis accuracy through computer vision techniques. Additional roles include Teaching Assistant positions in Computer Vision and Probability Models and Inference for Engineering, and a Biomedical Data Science Internship at PathAI in 2021. Shima has also interned at Seattle Children's, working on three-dimensional head shape quantification, and held research positions at Amirkabir University of Technology and Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
