Greg Klatt

Greg is Vice President of Finance at Pathalys Pharma. Previously, Greg was Assistant Controller at Aravive, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing innovative therapies to address the unmet medical needs of cancer patients. Before Aravive, Greg held positions at Alvarez & Marsal focusing on financial due diligence in various private equity transactions. Greg also worked at Ernst & Young specifically in the assurance practice and subsequently transferred to their transaction advisory group. Greg earned his B.S. at the University of Oregon and holds his license as a CPA in the State of California.
