Irene Thong

Irene Thong is a seasoned IT and Project Management professional with over 15 years of experience at Printpack as Sr. Director, leading global IT, cybersecurity, and PMO operations. With expertise in advising senior leadership on enterprise projects and emerging technologies, Irene has been instrumental in launching critical initiatives, including the company’s first Information Security and Data Protection program. As a thought leader and sought-after speaker, Irene shares insights on AI, cybersecurity, and diversity at prominent conferences. Previous roles include directing technical support and spearheading the Enterprise Project Management Office at Printpack, as well as holding various engineering and sales positions at MeadWestvaco and Century Aluminum. Irene holds a Doctor of Technology from Purdue University and an MBA from Radford University, among other degrees in Electrical Engineering and related fields.
