Natalie Pierce is a Principal at SEI, a management consulting firm where they deliver innovative solutions and reliable results. With a career spanning over two decades, Natalie has held various roles, including Senior Consultant at Agile Technologies and a series of leadership positions at LeasePlan, culminating in Vice President of Customer Experience. They also serve as a mentor in the Pathbuilders Percepta® program, guiding junior executives in personal branding and conscious decision-making.
