Pat Falotico currently serves as Vice President of Client Success at Pathbuilders, a position held since May 2020, where dedicated experience as a volunteer mentor has informed a strong understanding of the impact of mentoring and organizational culture on women's career advancement. Previously, Pat worked at the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership, first as CEO and later as a Consultant, guiding the organization in promoting servant leadership and transitioning its location. Pat also contributed to the United Way of Greater Atlanta as a Board of Trustees member, taking on leadership roles, including chairing key campaigns. Earlier in a lengthy career at IBM, Pat ascended to the role of Vice President, focusing on management and business development in Georgia. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science from Manhattan University.
