Mike Kane

Mike Kane is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and consulting. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Personal Trust (Pty) Ltd since June 2021 and at PathCare since June 2023, Mike is also a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer of Fortitudine Vincimus Capital Advisors Pty Ltd since August 2014. Previously, Mike held the position of Director at Ernst & Young from June 2000 to June 2014, where leadership responsibilities included overseeing EY Advisory's Private Sector market in Africa and the Management Consulting business in South Africa. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with CTA from the University of Cape Town, earned between 1982 and 1985.
