Pathcend Counseling, derived from merging the concepts of "path" (a route symbolizing purposeful progression and guidance) and "ascend" (to rise to greater levels of understanding and growth) is dedicated to providing culturally sensitive mental health support that fosters self-discovery, and personal growth.

We focus on supporting adults facing anxiety and trauma due to socioeconomic factors, as well as addressing career-related stress and uncertainty.

Our Approach:
At Pathcend, we tailor our approach to each individual client, from intake through ongoing sessions. Our psychotherapy toolkit includes Ecotherapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and DBT.
