Advisory and consulting firm supporting investors, enterprise leaders and startup founders with market entry, expansion and organizational growth (strategic, operational, team building) in Africa.

Founded by a West Point and Duke MBA graduate, Pathfinder Maven has experience building and operating across 14 African Nations (East, West and South) and casts a much wider network of advisors across the greater continent and industries. Whether it’s advising or consulting; we can plug you in and help you grow because we have been there before. We can help you avoid costly mistakes and bring you to market and scalability faster and with fewer setbacks.

Similar to the Pathfinders for Airborne Operations in World War II who could insert with little resistance in order to make way for the greater team; we are here to help you conduct reconnaissance, connect with the local stakeholders, plan your market entry, effectively deploy resources and most importantly - win on the ground with sustainable growth.

Our Maven (expertise) is a team of multi-disciplinary consultants and advisors who have had years of on-the-ground multifunctional experience. We have experience building and advising high profile greenfield tech startups in Africa in addition to running asset heavy organizations (such as an integrated logistics company with 500+ trucks and drivers operating across 8 eastern and southern African countries). We have done the work; built the relationships, learned about the pitfalls; understand the people and know what it takes to win. We help you navigate in otherwise seemingly unknown and challenging environments with success and finesse.
