Dr. Jesse Erickson

Dr. Jesse Erickson is an accomplished business development and marketing professional currently serving as Business Development Manager at E2i, Inc. and COO & Senior Marketing Strategist at Pathfinder since 2015. With a robust background in entrepreneurship, strategy development, and operations management, Dr. Erickson has also held positions as an adjunct professor at Olivet Nazarene University and as Director of the Catalyst Innovation Center. In addition, Dr. Erickson founded and directed Reach_Community, a non-profit organization, and worked as Shop Supervisor and Sales at E2i, Inc. Dr. Erickson holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy & Innovation from Capella University, a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, along with prior education in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
