Lacy Terry, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managed care and customer service. Currently serving as a Managed Care Specialist at PathGroup since December 2019, Lacy previously worked as an Appeals and Denial Coordinator at Community Health Services (CHS) and held various roles including Coordinator at Us Real Care and Associate Manager at Kroger. Early career experience includes positions as a Patient Services Representative at Vanderbilt University and a Data Entry Associate at CIGNA Healthcare.
