Alice Duers

Alice Duers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Alice most recently worked as a Sales Development Representative at Pathify, where they focused on improving the higher ed digital ecosystem. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Project Manager at Purpose Jobs.

Alice also worked at Greenhouse Scholars as an Operations & Data Systems Associate, where they handled various responsibilities including Salesforce system administration, database maintenance, HR support, and event coordination.

Before that, Alice worked at Ascend Indiana in multiple roles, including Manager of Strategy & Operations and Manager of Network Operations. In these positions, they focused on project management, partnership development, and data-driven decision making. Alice also served as a Career Placement Coordinator (AmeriCorps VISTA).

Earlier in their career, Alice worked as a Visitor Services Associate at the Indiana Historical Society.

Alice Duers obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
