Antonio Varano

Antonio Varano della Vergiliana is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as Director for the Greater Newburgh Symphony Orchestra, Antonio also holds positions on several boards, including Cloud Depot and Pathify. A former Chairman of the Board for Integrated Wellness Acquisition Corp and Wellfully, Antonio has a rich history in the investment sector, notably with BECCA Inc., which exited its investment in BECCA Cosmetics in 2016. As a Co-Founder of artedomus, Antonio contributed significantly to Australia’s decorative materials market. An MBA graduate from The University of Western Australia, Antonio's expertise spans healthcare, technology, and the arts.
