Hadrien Forterre

Hadrien Forterre began their professional career in 2012 as an Associate at Arendt & Medernach. In 2014, they moved to Herbert Smith Freehills as an Associate (US). In 2015, they took a secondment at Lyxor Asset Management in the Legal Department. Hadrien then moved to LYXOR ASSET MANAGEMENT UK LLP in 2016 for another secondment in the Legal Department. In 2018, they became a Legal & Business Advisor at Wellfully Ltd. In 2021, they co-founded and became a Director of Integrated Wellness Acquisition Corp (NYSE: WEL). Currently, they are the VP of Strategic Projects & General Counsel at Pathify.

Hadrien Forterre has a diverse educational background. Hadrien has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School, which they obtained in 2020. Hadrien also became an Avocat au Barreau de New York in 2013 after passing the New York State Bar Exam. From 2011 to 2012, they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Duke University School of Law, with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. From 2010 to 2012, they obtained a M.Sc. J.D. from Université Paris X Nanterre, with a focus on French and Anglo-American Law; Business Law. From 2006 to 2009, they obtained a Dual First Law Degree B.A./L.L.B. from Université Paris Nanterre, with a focus on French Law and Anglo-American Law.
