Jerry Dilettuso has had a long and varied career in business. Jerry began their career in 1973 at PepsiCo, working as Vice President of Marketing for Pepsi-Cola Bottling Mexico City, Vice President of Market Development for Pepsi-Cola Mexico, and Assistant Treasurer of International Finance. In 1979, they were promoted to President of Pepsi-Cola Bottling Puerto Rico. In 1989, they left PepsiCo to become President of The Norfield Group, a start-up venture providing marketing, warehousing, distribution, and sales services. In 2000, they became President and CEO of National Spirit Group, a private equity owned, second largest provider of cheer and dance team apparel, instructional camps, and competitions. In 2006, they took the role of President and CEO of Mirimar Designs, a privately owned supplier of custom point-of-purchase displays to retailers and brand marketers. In 2008, they became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Premier Retail Interiors, a private equity owned manufacturer of custom fixtures for department stores, cosmetics companies, and specialty retailers. Finally, in 2012, they joined Newport Board Group as a Partner, providing business and career advice to a senior administrator at a leading university, as well as assisting in the development of strategies to overcome some of the challenges facing higher education today. In 2015, they joined Ucroo as a Business Development Executive, helping to provide a secure web and mobile platform that integrates with existing college systems to provide a thriving digital campus.

Jerry Dilettuso has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
