Peter Joyce

Peter Joyce has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Peter is the CEO and Founder of Grey Wolf Therapeutics, a role they have held since February 2018. Peter is also a Founder & Advisor at Pathios Therapeutics since November 2018 and at ThirtyFiveBio since March 2021. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Peter was the Director of Drug Discovery at Molecule 2 Medicine starting from February 2018. Peter has also worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from December 2012 to February 2018, and as a Research Scientist II from December 2012 to February 2015. Before entering the industry, they served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Medical Research Council, Mammalian Genetics Unit from September 2009 to December 2012, where they focused on developing models of ALS and publishing several research and review publications. Peter began their career at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as a Regulatory Advisor from August 2008 to September 2009.

Peter Joyce completed their education at the University of Bristol. Peter obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry with a first-class honors distinction from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they further pursued their academic interests and obtained a PhD in Biochemistry and Genetics from the same university between 2004 and 2008.
