Michael Quirk serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Pathlight Capital since April 2022, bringing extensive financial management experience. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Controller at Raptor Capital Management from February 2015 to April 2022. Michael's career includes significant experience at PwC, where responsibilities included Manager and Senior Associate from September 2008 to February 2015. Michael Quirk earned a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University in 2008, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Law from Amherst College, completed in 2007.
