Ruth Banta

Ruth Banta has extensive leadership experience in organizational management and strategic development, having served in various executive roles at Pathlight (formerly the Association for Community Living) from January 2003 to present, including Executive Director and Vice President of Administration and Strategic Development. Prior to her tenure at Pathlight, Ruth held positions as Project Manager at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Investment Operations Director at Aetna, and Vice President at JPMorgan Chase. Ruth Banta earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Smith College.
