Previously, Karen held positions such as Midwest Senior Regional Manager at the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition and Fundraising & Special Events Manager at Sertoma Speech and Hearing Center. With a strong foundation in volunteer management, event coordination, and community collaboration, Karen is passionate about connecting like-minded individuals to causes and mentoring others within their organizations. Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family & Social Services, with minors in Psychology and Art from Northern Illinois University.
