In 2013, they were a Sr. Principal Consultant & PMO at Saysoft Tech Services Private Limited. In 2014, they were a SAP Project Manager/SAP Practice Lead at Schematech Software Solutions (P) Limited. In 2016, they were a Project Manager - SAP | Manipal Group | Agile & Scrum practitioner at Manipal Global Education Services. Currently, they are a Project Manager (SAP-ASP|GRC) at Pathlock.

Abrar Syed obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from IMIT between 2003 and 2005. In September 2021, they obtained IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice and PRINCE2 Agile\u00ae Foundation & Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
