Damon Tompkins

Damon Tompkins has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2001. Damon began their career as a Major Account Executive at PentaSafe Security Technologies, which was acquired by NetIQ in 2003. Damon then served as Director of Sales in the Central US at NetIQ until 2005. Damon then moved to IDERA Software, where they held the roles of Director, Worldwide Sales for Sharepoint Solutions and Director, Central US Sales for SQL Server Solutions until 2012. After that, they were Senior Director of Sales at Apptio until 2015. Damon then moved to Metalogix Software, where they were SVP of Corporate & Business Development until 2016. Damon then became SVP of The Americas at Thycotic until 2021. Currently, they are Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Delinea, and will begin the same role at Pathlock in 2022.

Damon Tompkins received their Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University between 1991 and 1996. Damon then went on to receive their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Classical Painting & Drawing from the Glassell School of Art- Houston Museum of Fine Arts between 2008 and 2012.
