Gernot Kuester

Gernot Kuester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and professional services, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Pathlock since December 2025. Prior to this role, Gernot was a Professional Services Manager at SailPoint, managing implementation services for Identity Governance across the D-A-CH and Nordics regions. Gernot’s career includes significant positions at Capgemini as Engagement Manager for Packaged Solutions, overseeing project delivery and finances, and at Renold PLC as Business Systems Implementation Manager, where responsibilities included managing ERP and PLM system experts on multi-million dollar rollouts. Gernot has also held various project management roles at Renold PLC, Kern Group, US Airways, and Microsoft. Gernot holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree in European Business Administration from FH Münster.
