Maitreyee Bhaduri has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. Maitreyee began their career in 2004 as an Associate at GE Capital. In 2006, they moved to Ivy Comptech as a Risk Analyst - Specialist in Known Fraud Patterns. In 2007, they joined Google India Inc as a Senior Risk Analyst. Maitreyee then moved to eYantra in 2010 as Manager - Corporate Relations and Marketing. In 2011, they joined Adani Power Limited as Senior Manager - HR. In 2016, they moved to TE Connectivity as Head Communications and Employee Engagement. In 2017, they joined uFaber Edutech Pvt Ltd as a Trainer & OD & Employer Branding Consultant. In 2019, they joined Orcapod as AVP People Strategy and ORCAPOD CONSULTING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED as Head Of Human Resources. Maitreyee is currently working as Director HR at Pathlock since 2022.

Maitreyee Bhaduri completed their Class X from HAL Senior Secondary School in 1998-2000. Maitreyee then went on to complete their 10+2 from Gautami Vidya Dhamam in 2000-2004. After that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Maths, Physics, and Computers from St. Ann's College in 2003-2004. Maitreyee then obtained a Diploma in Export Management from National Institute of Export Management with specialization in Software Exports in 2004. Following this, they earned a PG in Advertising Management and PR from Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad in 2008-2009. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Real Estate Asset Class from Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management, Ahmedabad (AIIM) in 2010-2011. Additionally, Maitreyee Bhaduri has obtained certifications such as Certified Organizational Development Assessor from Middle Earth HR and Carlton Advanced Management Institute in 2015, Project Management Essentials from Franklin Covey Institute in 2014, and Qualified ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor from M/s. Four D in 2010.
