Manager of Technical Support

Miao Li has worked in various roles since 1999. At Lazard Freres & Co., they worked as a PeopleSoft Developer and an Oracle Developer. In 2007, they moved to Goldman Sachs as a PeopleSoft Developer. In 2008, they joined Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ as a PeopleSoft Developer. In 2010, they worked as a Senior PeopleSoft Consultant for MTA NYCT and a Lead System Analyst/Programmer for Verizon. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Senior Product Support Engineer at Appsian (formerly GreyHeller). Since 2017, they have been the Manager of Technical Support at Appsian Security, and will become the Manager of Technical Support at Pathlock in 2022.

Miao Li received a B.A. in English & Foreign Affaires from Foreign Affaires College between 1993 and 1997. Miao then went on to earn their M.A. in International Political Economy and Development from Fordham University between 1998 and 1999.
