Nikhil M

Nikhil has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2014. Nikhil - began their career at Global HR as a Talent Acquisition specialist, where they were responsible for learning, client relation management, salary negotiation, executive hiring, contract recruitment, team management, volume/mass hiring, and niche skill hiring. In 2015, Nikhil joined Beta Soft as a Senior Executive Human Resources, where they were responsible for the complete HR process from recruitment to exit, recruitment process optimization, and workload distribution. In 2016, Nikhil moved to Mobilyte Solutions, formerly known as Beta Soft Systems, as a Lead Human Resources. In 2018, Nikhil joined Damcosoft/TestingXperts as a Senior Employee Care Human Resource Professional. Most recently, in 2023, Nikhil joined Pathlock as a Talent Acquisition Lead. Prior to their career in Human Resources, Nikhil was a Co Owner at RGS from 2005.

Nikhil M attended Manav Mangal School, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies. Nikhil - then went on to Panjab University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Administration, Political Science, and Sociology.
