Santosh Sahoo

Santosh Sahoo has worked in various roles in the marketing and operations field since 2013. Santosh started their career as an Operations Executive at Aegis Limited, where they provided email support to new customers and escalated technical tickets to the appropriate technical support parties. In 2014, they began working as a Market Research Associate at Fiorano Software, where they were responsible for CRM Customization, administration and Database management. In 2016, Santosh moved to Cloud Lending Solutions, where they held the role of Lead Research Associate-Marketing, responsible for lead qualification and assignment, updating sales reps for hot leads, and maintaining lead tracker. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at IndiQube as a Senior Research & Email Marketing Specialist, managing overall Zoho CRM and responsible for Email Marketing, Data mining and Maintaining Database into Zoho CRM. Santosh currently works at Pathlock as a Marketing Operations Specialist.

Santosh Sahoo received their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Utkal University between 2005 and 2010. Santosh then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations Management from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2013 to 2015. In 2019, they obtained an Email Marketing certification from HubSpot, and in 2020, they obtained a Digital Marketing certification from Shaw Academy.
