Head of India Business Operations at Pathlock

Shivil Sahni has had a varied work experience in the fields of M&A, transaction strategy, taxation, entrepreneurship, business development, and accounting and finance. In 2022, they joined Pathlock as Head of India Business Operations, where they were responsible for end-to-end integration of seven global businesses acquired by Pathlock. In 2021, they joined EY-Parthenon as Senior, Transaction Strategy & Execution, where they provided pre and post-deal advisory to clients covering a range of operational aspects. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at PwC India in various roles, including Associate, Delivering Deal Value, Senior Analyst, Delivering Deal Value, Senior Analyst, Indirect Taxation, and Analyst, Indirect Taxation. In 2018, they served as a Strategic Advisor at Blockolony, an educational community headquartered in the UK. In 2016, they were the President of Entrepreneurship Development Cell, SGGSCC, where they led a team of 43 people to instill an entrepreneurial bent of mind in students. In 2016, they also worked as Entrepreneur In Residence at British Cross Clothing. In 2016, they were a Business Development Intern at Delimedy, a health tech startup operating as an online pharmacy. In 2015, they were a Business Development Intern at Urban Company (formerly UrbanClap). In 2015, they were an Accounting and Finance Intern at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2014, they founded and worked as a Business Development at CoupoNawab, a coupons and deals platform.

Shivil Sahni has a diverse educational background. Shivil is currently enrolled in SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) where they are pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus in Finance. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Delhi University with a focus in Accounting and Business/Management. Shivil also holds a CBSE (AISSCE) from Bhatnagar International School - India. Sahni has also obtained several certifications, including the Investment Foundations Program from CFA Institute (2020), Startup School 2020 from Y Combinator (2020), Blockchain Essentials from IBM (2018), Fundamentals of Quantitative Modeling from University of Pennsylvania (2018), Data Visualization with Advanced Excel from PwC (2017), Problem Solving with Excel from PwC (2017), and Data-driven Decision Making from PwC (2017).
