Rich Wu is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Rich is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at PathMatch, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Joi Inc. starting in July 2021. Before starting their own company, Rich worked as the Go-To-Market Lead at Amazon for their Ring division from November 2020 to July 2021.
Earlier in their career, Rich held various roles at different companies. Rich worked as a Consultant and Sous Chef at Cookdrop Kitchen from October 2015 to February 2019. From June 2016 to December 2018, they served as the Chief Business Officer at Mighty, where they managed a team responsible for go-to-market strategy, sales trajectory, brand marketing, technical operations, and customer retention. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Google, where they held the positions of Strategic Partnership Lead and Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, working on partner acquisition, platform development, and monetization opportunities in the media and entertainment industry.
Before joining Google, Rich worked at MLB Advanced Media as the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations from April 2005 to August 2007. Rich also has experience as a Senior Web Developer at Lehman Brothers from August 2001 to March 2005 and as a Front End Technologist at Scient Corp. from August 2000 to July 2001. Overall, Rich Wu has a strong background in revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
Rich Wu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Boston University from 1996 to 2000.
