David Pauluzzi

David Pauluzzi is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Pathnostics. He has a strong track record of building and growing premier diagnostic and healthcare service businesses during a distinguished career spanning nearly 30 years in healthcare. These businesses included publicly traded corporations, and start-up or mid-sized companies backed by private equity or venture capital firms.

Prior to co-founding Pathnostics, David was president and CEO of PLUS Diagnostics (now Inform Diagnostics), which he partnered with Water Street to grow from a regional laboratory into a national anatomic pathology leader. He also served as executive director and vice president of Quest Diagnostics, the world’s leading provider of diagnostic information services as well as vice president of sales and marketing/COO for US Labs. David also held positions in sales and marketing for Ventana Medical Systems (now Roche Diagnostics); a medical device and reagent business. He began his career with Abbott Laboratories, spending nine years in various roles in the company’s diagnostics division.

David received his bachelor’s degree in public accounting from the Loyola University of Chicago and is a member of the CEO Roundtable at the University of California-Irvine.
