Laura Dickey

Laura Dickey has held various positions in the field of plant pathology. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Assistant Scientist in Research and Development at Ball Horticultural Company. In 2020, they served as a Research Assistant at the University of Arizona Extension Plant Pathology lab of Dr. Alex Hu, working with Arizona growers and the ADA on detection of plant diseases throughout the state. Most recently, Dickey has held the roles of Training Manager and Field Application Scientist at PathogenDx since 2021.

Laura Dickey obtained their Bachelor of Science in Biology, General from Manchester University in 2018. Laura then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Plant Pathology/Phytopathology at the University of Arizona, which they are expected to complete in 2021. In November 2019, Laura also obtained a certification in Figuring Out Your Next Move from LinkedIn.
