Will Roche

Will Roche is currently the Vice President of Operations at PathogenDx. Previously, Will held various roles at HTG Molecular Diagnostics, including Director of Reagent Quality and Vice President of Operations. Will's career also included positions at Ventana Medical Systems, where they were the Antibody Team Lead and engaged in multiple manufacturing and improvement roles. Will is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Minnesota Duluth, along with a Master of Science at the University of Arizona.
