Prasant Prusty is the founder and CEO of Smart Food Safe and Pathogenia Lab. With previous experience as Director of Corporate Quality at Nature's Touch and Corporate Quality Lead at Kraft Foods Group, Prusty has a background in quality and food safety management. Prior to this, Prusty worked at Mars as an Associate. Prusty holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Food Science from McGill University.
